CCW strives to be the leader in custom manufactured wheels. The proper fitment of our wheels is the responsibility of the dealer or the customer who is placing the order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for custom wheels. Each set is crafted to meet your unique preferences, making them non-refundable.
Before placing your order, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the specifications, measurements, and design to ensure they align with your vehicle's fitment. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service and inside sales team is available to assist you before the purchase 800.788.9353.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Returns & Exchanges will be accepted on select gear and accessories purchased from our website or through our Retail Sales Team within 15 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Returned product condition must be new, unmounted and in original packaging. Return shipping cost to MW Company is the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, customers outside of the 48 states will be charged quoted shipping rates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Online and Direct Purchases: To start a return please email us at returns@mwcompany.com and include your full name, order number or PO, item you wish to return, reason for return, and if you want a refund or exchange or call our customer service team at 1-800-788-9353 to receive the required Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent to MW Company / CCW without proper return authorization documentation will be disposed of. Products that have customer damage or are returned in the wrong packaging will not be issued a refund or credit. For exchanges, replacement order must be placed at the same time as the Return Authorization is issued. Exchanged product will not be shipped until returned product has been received and inspected. In the event that a refund is owed, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected. CCW must receive product within 15 days of the RMA issue date.
Dealer / Distributor Purchases: Returns or exchanges must be processed through the authorized dealer or distributor you purchased from.
