Warranty
Limited Warranty: CCW’s warranty obligations for CCW Wheels (individually and collectively “Product(s)”) is limited to defects in materials and workmanship, as solely determined by MW Company after careful inspection, for that period identified in the chart below that begins on the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”) as evidenced by the purchaser’s receipt of purchase. Warranty is not transferrable.
Structural Warranty: Subject to the terms and conditions below, MW Company, LLC (“CCW”) warrants that its wheels (“Products”) shall be free of defects in material and workmanship beginning on the date of retail sale. The warranty period shall begin on the date of the retail sale of the Product and shall continue for the period listed below. This warranty is furnished solely to the original retail consumer of the products (“Owner”) and may not be transferred or assigned.

Motorsports is an inherently dangerous sport with significant risk of personal injury or even death. When a user participates in vehicle racing, track events, performance motoring and or other motorsports events, he or she accepts the risk inherent therein. MW Company, LLC, its employees, and affiliates make no warranty that the use of its products or parts guarantees personal safety or freedom from physical injury or operates as a lifesaving device. MW Company, LLC. disclaims all liability for any special, direct, incidental or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, the loss of life or limb, or damages due to bodily or personal injury.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
STRUCTURAL WARRANTY: Discoloration, oxidation, and/or corrosion of the finish due to neglect, chemical reaction, or weather are not covered by this limited warranty. Polished wheels will tarnish and therefore are not covered by any finish warranty either expressed or implied. Once mounted, there is no finish warranty for damage to coating or finish by lug nuts or negligence during the mounting process. It should be noted that the polished finish of a forged wheel can be maintained by regularly cleaning with mild soap, polishing and application of wheel-specific wax. Harsh chemicals, caustic cleaners, and detergent must be avoided, or finish damage will occur. This warranty will not be effective unless the Products have been paid for in full and the Products are shown to have been used in accordance with current published CCW specifications and instructions, and with CCW accessories, fasteners, and replacement parts. This warranty shall not cover, and CCW shall have no responsibility or liability for, damage or injury of any kind because of (a) abuse, misuse or any use of the Products for purposes other than for which it was designed, or (b) any modification to the Products. This warranty shall not cover, and CCW shall have no responsibility for, appearance defects following installation or mounting of the Products with tires. It is specifically understood and agreed by Owner that no warranty whatsoever is made by CCW regarding components manufactured or distributed by others and used in conjunction with the Products.
CCW shall not have any obligations under this warranty unless the Owner notifies CCW in writing of any alleged defects in the Products within the earlier of thirty (30) days following Owner’s discovery of the defects, or the expiration of the warranty period and within ten (10) days following such notice delivers the Products with the alleged defect to CCW. Any such notice and Products must be delivered to Weld CCW, LLC, 618 Ridgewood Ave. Holly Hill, FL 32117. CCW shall be allowed a reasonable period of time to investigate any warranty claim of the Owner, have authorization to remove samples from the Products, and to perform any testing to the Products CCW deems necessary to determine the cause of the alleged defect.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED BY WELD CCW TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR DISCLAIMED ARE LIMITED TO THIRTY (30) DAYS OR TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF WELD CCW UNDER THIS WARRANTY, AND OWNER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT CCW’s SOLE DISCRETION, OF PRODUCTS SHOWN TO BE DEFECTIVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WELD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED UPON BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WELD IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES AND WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY DETERMINATION THAT ANY REMEDY SPECIFIED IN THIS WARRANTY FAILS ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
All Products, regardless of condition or situation, returned to CCW must have a Return Authorization number issued prior to return. To start a warranty please email us at returns@mwcompany.com and include your full name, order number or PO, item you wish to return, reason for return, and if you want a refund or exchange or call our customer service team at 1-800-788-9353 to receive the required Return Authorization Number.Any Product returned to CCW without a return authorization number will be refused and returned to the Owner.
This warranty shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri, without reference to principles of conflict of laws. For international customers, the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. All court proceedings between CCW and the Owner concerning the Products, whether under the foregoing warranty or otherwise, shall be litigated only in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

CCW strives to be the leader in custom manufactured wheels. The proper fitment of our wheels is the responsibility of the dealer or the customer who is placing the order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for custom wheels. Each set is crafted to meet your unique preferences, making them non-refundable.
Before placing your order, we recommend thoroughly reviewing the specifications, measurements, and design to ensure they align with your vehicle's fitment. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service and inside sales team is available to assist you before the purchase 800.788.9353.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Returns & Exchanges will be accepted on select gear and accessories purchased from our website or through our Retail Sales Team within 15 days of purchase for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Returned product condition must be new, unmounted and in original packaging. Return shipping cost to MW Company is the responsibility of the customer. For exchanges, customers outside of the 48 states will be charged quoted shipping rates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Online and Direct Purchases: To start a return please email us at returns@mwcompany.com and include your full name, order number or PO, item you wish to return, reason for return, and if you want a refund or exchange or call our customer service team at 1-800-788-9353 to receive the required Return Authorization Number. Returns or exchanges sent to MW Company / CCW without proper return authorization documentation will be disposed of. Products that have customer damage or are returned in the wrong packaging will not be issued a refund or credit. For exchanges, replacement order must be placed at the same time as the Return Authorization is issued. Exchanged product will not be shipped until returned product has been received and inspected. In the event that a refund is owed, the refund will be processed after the returned product has been inspected. CCW must receive product within 15 days of the RMA issue date.
Dealer / Distributor Purchases: Returns or exchanges must be processed through the authorized dealer or distributor you purchased from.

- Account Information: Information provided by a Business Customer, such as the Business Customer name, company phone number, representative email address, and physical address.
- Collection of Business Customer’s users Contact Information: Information Business Customer’s collect and input from its users, including email address, shipment information, phone number, and payment information.
Information Collected from Third Parties
By using the Website to access or connect to a social network or other third-party platform or service (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), you authorize us to collect, store, and use any and all information in the same manner and to the same extent that you agreed the social network or third-party platform could collect, store, or use the information. Self-Reported and Voluntary Information.
You may choose not to provide us with some of your Personal Information. For example, you are not required to complete any survey we send to you. In some instances, you may be able to edit your answers to forms, surveys or features you submit to us. Communication Preferences.
If you do not want to receive emails from us, please adjust your communication preferences or click the unsubscribe link within the email you received from us. You will not be able to unsubscribe from Services-related communications as they are necessary for us to continue offering you the Services.
Deactivating your Account
At any time, you can deactivate your account related applications downloaded on your devices. Simply deleting related applications does not deactivate your account, nor does it delete the related Personal Information. If you would like to deactivate your account, you can do so by logging into your MW account or by emailing us using the contact details provided below. Additionally, deactivating your account does not delete the account nor the information stored on the Services, which shall exist on the Services indefinitely. If you would like to delete your account or any information therein, you may do so by contacting info@mw.company with your request Please note that such deletion of Personal Information is subject to limitations, including any applicable legal retention requirements.
Location Information
In order to provide certain Services, we may require access to location information, including precise geolocation information collected from your device. If you do not consent to the collection of this information, certain Services will not function properly and you will not be able to use those Services. You can stop collection of location information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, some of our mobile application features will no longer function. You also may stop collection of location information via mobile application by following the standard uninstall process to remove the MW mobile application.

Do Not Track Signals
MW does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Response Time.
We will handle request under Applicable Law in California. When a request is made, we may verify your identity to protect your privacy and security. We will respond to written rights requests within 45 days following receipt at the e–mail or mailing address stated above. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer twice per 12 month period.
11. Notice to Residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland
This section only applies to individuals using or accessing our Services while located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (collectively, the “Designated Countries”) at the time of data collection. We may ask you to identify which country you are located in when you use or access some of the Services, or we may rely on your IP address to identify which country you are located in. Who is eligible for this offer?
The MW Company military discount is available to all active and retired U.S. military members and spouses. This includes members of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. Standard vs Front Registered Centers?
Unlike some other wheels on the market, Classic centers cannot be changed from standard (face) mount, to front register (reverse) mount. The machining process between the two parts is noticeable different.

Can other hardware be used on CCW modular wheels?
No, each center is specifically machined to utilize the hardware in which they were originally built with. Use of any hardware other than what the wheels were initially supplied with, can alter the wheels structure and strength. Doing so will void any manufacturer warranty.

Do you require a deposit?
All CCW wheels are tailor-made for our customers and each set is unique. That said, we do require a deposit prior to processing orders due to the product’s special order nature.

General Cleaning (polished, painted & anodized)?
The finish on your wheels, should be treated the same as the finish on your car. A mild dish or car wash soap is plenty enough to remove the dirt and grime accumulated from normal driving. Use extreme caution if using any commercially available wheel cleaners, as many are acid or lye based which will ruin the finish on your wheels. We suggest staying away from wheel cleaners all together as a general rule of thumb.

Polishing and Sealing?
Polished wheels require additional care and maintenance to keep the factory shine. The finish will diminish naturally without proper and constant maintenance. To restore the polished finish, we recommend use of a good quality custom wheel polish, designed for bare aluminum wheels. Busch’s Super Shine Polish (available through our online store) is what we recomend to bring back that high polish finish.
After polishing, a good metal sealant will reduce the frequency in polishing, and help to repel brake dust build up and water spotting. Shine Seal (available at http://www.shineseal.com/) is the best product we have found to keep your polished wheels looking new.
